Zone 1: Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse, Monash, Banyule, Darebin, Moreland, Boroondara, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Maribyrnong, and Moonee Valley. Whittlesea areas extend to Epping, South Morang, Thomastown, and Lalor.
Zone 2: Knox, Bayside, Melbourne, Port Phillip, and Yarra. Hume areas extend to Tullamarine, Broameadows, Cambellfield.
Zone 3: Hobsons Bay and Brimbank.
Zone 4: Kingston, Casey areas extend to Lynbrook, Narre Warren South and Berwick.
Zone 5: Frankston, Melton: areas extend to Melton and Melton South. Wyndham: areas extend to Point Cook, Williams Landing, Trugania.
No service area: Cardinia, Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Ranges.
For the safety of the installation technician, installation can only be performed at a local residential address. Installation work is not permitted on public sidewalks, roadways, or public parking lots. Upon order confirmation, customers acknowledge that YFX will conduct an initial serviceability check via Google Maps. If the location is deemed unserviceable, YFX reserves the right to cancel the service but will proactively communicate with the customer to explore alternative solutions.
If your address is an apartment and you have your own parking space, please ensure the driver side door can fully open.
If your address does not have dedicated parking space, or no driveway in boundary, or only offers street parking (permit), our customer service team will reach out to discuss further.
