**Due to the touchscreen interface(excluded Swipe like forward and reverse), some functions may not display changes on the central screen after activation. However, the system has received and executed the command. We are currently waiting for the programmers to resolve this issue, we'll keep the firmware updated. More updates are coming.

Pro Installation by YFX

YFX Australia will add necessary damping and noise-reducing materials to the products we sell, limited to Pro Installation by YFX.

In-store installation requires prior scheduling. After placing your order, our friendly customer service team will contact you to arrange an appointment.  (Due to the office renovation, the addresses for pickup, returns, and installation services may be subject to change.  After submitting a request or placing an order, please wait for our friendly customer service to contact you to provide the most convenient address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.)

Should the customer not be on-site during the installation, a spare key must be provided to the installation technician for testing after Installation.

For the safety of the installation technician, installation can only be performed at a local residential address or business with business parking only.

Installation work is not permitted on public sidewalks, roadways, or public parking lots.  Upon order confirmation, customers acknowledge that YFX will conduct an initial serviceability check via Google Maps.  If the location is deemed unserviceable, YFX reserves the right to cancel the service but will proactively communicate with the customer to explore alternative solutions.

If the customer's address is an apartment and have own parking space, please ensure the driver side door can fully open.
If the customer's address does not have dedicated parking space, or no driveway in the boundary, or only offers street parking (permit), our customer service team will reach out to discuss further.
Testing and Noise Free Definition - YFX Australia

YFX's Noise Free Guarantee (Within Warranty Period):

All tests are conducted on public roads, including uneven pavements and partially repaired surfaces. Shallow potholes, roads under construction, and unpaved roads are excluded from the test routes.

Testing:

YFX tests every product sold on its platform. Tested products are labeled accordingly on their product pages. If a product has not been tested, the tested label will not be displayed.

During the testing process, YFX uses the most applicable testing scenarios. Our testers intuitively observe and listen for any noticeable noises. If a product occasionally produces noise under extreme road conditions rather than continuously, YFX defines it as "Noise Free."

Testing Duration:

The testing period generally lasts three months. Products that have completed testing will be gradually listed for sale.

Testing Batches:

For the same product but from different batches, YFX conducts sample testing. YFX cannot guarantee that all products will meet the standards of previously tested items. In such cases, YFX provides warranties or after-sales support for any defective products.

Pro Installation - YFX's Noise Free Guarantee (Within Warranty Period):

Pro Installation by YFX Australia provides an additional warranty for specific products and guarantees that the products will remain noise-free during the warranty period. Products not installed by YFX Australia's Pro Installation service will not receive any additional warranty coverage but will still be covered under YFX's standard warranty policy.

Cooperative Testing:

YFX Australia may conduct tests in collaboration with suppliers or other companies. Test results will be shared with third parties, and products that pass testing will still be recognized as "Tested by YFX Australia."

Self-Installation Guide

We highly recommend professional installation for this product. The process involves removing the cabin entry cover and sealing strips, and connecting designated ports. Due to limited space, internal wiring must be properly organized to prevent damage from compression after reassembly. Additionally, sound-dampening materials should be added to prevent abnormal noises.
